Every project is a little different, but here’s what the process usually looks like:
Discover: We’ll start with an in-depth conversation to understand your practice, your goals, and what makes your approach to patient care unique. This can happen over Zoom, Google Meet, the phone—or a latte if you’re in my city!
Strategize: Based on your needs, we’ll map out a plan—whether that’s a brand refresh, a new website, or a deeper look at how patients experience your practice at every stage — before, during, and after that first visit.
Plan: I’ll make a timeline and a plan for you to review. This shared roadmap will help us ensure we’re on the same page and working toward the target date.
Create: I’ll bring your vision to life with designs, messaging, and materials that feel welcoming, clear, and true to your practice.
Launch & Support: After launch, I offer support to make sure everyting is working the way it should— and we can talk through what else might help your practice grow.
